SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Gallery Pickup​

  • You can avoid delivery charges, by directly picking up the artwork from the Gallery. If you are too far, you can also ask any of your friends/relatives to pickup for you. 

​

  • You can also use Delivery services like "Dunzo/Swiggy Genie" to do the pickup for you. (These charges shall be paid by you).

​

  • The artwork will be packed with bubble wrap and packing sheet/newspaper. You can opt for Gift wrap by informing in advance via Call or Whatsapp to +91 8015981000.

​

  • The White charcoal art/Soft pastel art and Watercolor paintings will be framed as per requirement of the customer, and then be notified for pickup.(Frame charges will be added as per the size)

​

  • The Acrylic paintings shall be available to pickup with frame or without frame as per customer requirement.(Frame charges will be added as per the size)

​

  • Frames may not be ready for certain artworks at the time of order. It may take a day or two for framing. (Framing charges will be added as per the size)

 

Packaging - Shipping - Framing

  • I personally guarantee that my artworks will be packaged sufficiently enough so that damage is prevented as best as it can be during transit.

​

  • I don't ship any of my artworks with frame because there are high chances of the frame to get broken on transit. 

​

  • The framing will be done by me only if it's a Gallery Pickup (Framing charges will be added as per the size).

 

  • I pack all my artworks by myself in my studio with bubble wrap, thermacol and protected by high quality double-walled cardboard.

​

  • All mediums of art will be photographed on every stage of packing and mailed to the customer in-order to reassure the artwork's condition at the time of packing.

​

  • The White charcoal art/Soft pastel art is attached to a 1 inch black mount of 2mm thickness, and covered with butter paper and foam board on both sides, and an additional cardboard layer will be provided above all this. Do not touch the artwork at any instance as it will get smudged, and a refund/replacement claim due to smudging after the package is opened shall not be considered. Take the package to a local frame shop and get it framed with glass protection and a frame design of your choice.

  • The Acrylic paintings don't need any additional glass protection as they are already vanished and installed with wall hanging provisions while shipping.You can hang it right away. You may frame the painting of your choice at your local frame shop. ​

​

  • The Watercolor painting is attached to a 1 inch white mount of 2mm thickness, and covered with bubble wrap and packing sheet/newspaper; and an additional cardboard layer will be provided above all this. Take the package to a local frame shop and get it framed with glass protection and a frame design of your choice.

​

  • Do not frame any of your artwork with MDF backboard as MDFs absorb water/wall moisture and gets swelled, use only cardboard(one side would be textured). Check out "Maintenance & Care" for more information. 

​

  • If something were to ever happen to your artwork in the mail, I would refund your entire purchase, or work with you to make you a brand new artwork, or you can get it replaced with a different artwork of the same cost(Only after I receive the artwork safely).

 

  • Orders for any artworks are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. And the shipping order details will be sent to your e-mail.

  • International orders take about 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order to this address:

In order to receive a full reimbursement of your money, the return postage must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. 

​

If all of the item(s) are returned within this time-frame in the same condition as it was when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (return postage will not be refunded).
